LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING

• All live beetles will be shipped out on monday or tuesday. This is to avoid the package getting stuck over the weekends. Shipping options would include USPS priority(1-3 days), USPS priority express(1-2 days), Fedex ground(1-5 days), UPS ground(1-5 days), UPS next day air (1-2 days), UPS second day air(2-3 days).

• In order to claim refund/replacement for dead beetles, pictures/videos of the animals must be sent to kuwakabuinverts@gmail.com WITHIN 2 hours of the package arrival. If receiving at a post office access point, you must pick up the package on the day of delivery to claim refund/replacement. LAG DOES NOT APPLY when the temperature range of the destination is not within 50-85 degrees fahrenheit. 

• If the shipped item is stolen, lost in transit, etc, we would NOT be responsible to replace it.

• Buyer is responsible to be at home at the time of delivery or to pick up from local carrier facility within the delivery day.

• Buyer is responsible to submit proper and correct shipping address. Failure to provide the correct address may incur additional redelivery charges.

• Failure to meet these requirements will result in an INVALID CLAIM  for LAG, no exceptions.
